To promote a big Halloween party in 2014, I wrote these diary pages. They are written in the voice of a man named Alfred Norbertus de Geele who, in 1875, moved into the very building the party was going to be held in 2014...To the right, please find enclosed a photo of the poor, damned soul. In actuality, it is a perfectly innocuous photo of a man with his child and her dolly, but his stare is blank enough and the photo decomposed enough to set the mind to work at creating some dark, unholy backstory. Which I did, as evidenced below.
